We are currently hiring for the following positions:
DevOps Engineer
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer or Linux Systems Engineer within a production environment
- AWS experience
- Kubernetes and Docker
- Message Queues
- ELK stack for monitoring
- Databases – MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- An understanding of code from a troubleshooting perspective – ideally Python
- Knowledge of typical infrastructure vulnerabilities
- CI, CD and/or Jenkins
Good-to-have skills and experience
- OpenShift
- Kali Linux
- JMeter, Siege, vulnerability scanning, OWASP ZAP
Responsibilities include
- Improving and maintaining our IT infrastructure, our AWS cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes infrastructure
- Looking after the company’s Jenkins automation server, continuous Integration, testing and deploying to testing and production infrastructure.
- Working closely with the development team day-to-day (so an understanding of software engineering would be really beneficial)
Customer Services Executive
Required skills and experience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Organised and detail conscious
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and objectives
Good-to-have skills and experience
- 1+ yrs of working in financial services or similar (not required, but a plus)
- University degree or similar
- Understanding of tech and SaaS products
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Responsibilities include
- Coordinate customer due diligence and contracting tasks
- Work with Customer Operations to deliver excellent onboarding experience to software users.
- Prioritise and manage customer enquiries to ensure high-quality service standards
- Abide by solutions, processes and procedures that are implemented
- Maintain appropriate records and audit trails to satisfy service quality standards
- Escalate issues to product and tech team where necessary
- Be informed and aware of the Company’s business relationships, ensuring the businesses knowledge about the customer remains current and escalate concerns to the team where appropriate
- Prepare customer invoices and manage the billing process
