We are currently hiring for the following positions: 

Data Scientist

Required skills and experience
  • Strong quantitative, modelling, analysis and statistical skills
  • Curiosity and interest in applied decision science, and in designing practical tools to assist decision making
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Strongly organised, thorough, details-oriented, and able to document and track data with clarity
  • Proactive, creative, and able to operate independently
  • Good knowledge of statistical and programming packages (Python, R, or similar)
  • Post-graduate degree in data science or related subject
Good-to-have skills and experience
  • Familiarity with finance theory, financial services
  • Familiarity with behavioural economics and/or decision science
  • Experience working in industry or start-ups
  • Experience with cluster analysis, psychometrics, survey design and data visualisation
Responsibilities include
  • Experimental research, data collection and analysis
  • Liaising between business and technical staff to translate client and product needs into practical and effective results
  • Acquiring and maintaining industry-leading specialist knowledge of applied behavioural finance
  • Organisation, linking, and management of existing data sets
  • Working with management and operations to grow Oxford Risk’s product offering, strategy and delivery, and enhance client relation

Sales Coordinator

Required skills and experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Organised and detail conscious
  • Experience working in a client facing environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and objectives
Good-to-have skills and experience
  • 2+ yrs of working in financial services or similar
  • University degree or similar
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Understanding of tech and SaaS products
Responsibilities include
  • Setting up sales meetings and calls, diary management
  • Responding to inbound enquiries
  • Preparing sales materials, managing follow-up communication
  • Managing / monitoring sales pipeline data
  • Liaising with finance on contracts and invoicing
  • Actioning customer and account queries
