We are currently hiring for the following positions: 

Behavioural Finance / Quant

Required skills and experience
  • Strong quantitative, modelling, analysis and statistical skills
  • Curiosity and interest in applied decision science, and in designing practical tools to assist decision making
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Proactivity, creativity, and ability to operate independently
  • Good knowledge of statistical and programming packages (Python, R, or related)
  • Familiarity with finance theory and financial services
Good-to-have skills and experience
  • Background in behavioural economics or decision science
  • 3+ years of commercial experience
  • Experience with analysis of large data sets
  • Machine learning and AI expertise
Responsibilities include
  • Development of behavioural finance products and services
  • Research, data collection and analysis, quantitative modelling
  • Liaise between business and technical staff to translate client and product needs into practical and effective deliverables
  • Acquiring and maintaining industry leading specialist knowledge on applied behavioural finance
  • Working with management and operations to grow Oxford Risk product offering, strategy and delivery, client relations

 

Sales Assistant

Key skills and experience required
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Competent in Salesforce CRM
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Proactivity, creativity and ability to operate independently
  • Organised and detail conscious
  • Experience of working in financial services 
Responsibilities include
  • Research client opportunities
  • Preparing sales materials and meeting briefs
  • Coordinating sales meetings and calls
  • Responding to inbound enquiries
  • Managing CRM data
